For replacing the presenter the current presenter (user) needs to contact the conference secretary ONLY via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). The necessary information in the email is: Abstract ID, New presenter information (who has already registered to the conference) including First Name, Last Name, and email address.
** Identification (Student Card) will be required while attending the conference for approval of registration type.
** In order to receive the Certificate of Presentation, applicants need to attend the conference and present their work either accepted to be presented as Oral or Poster.
** For any changes in the registration information please send your request to the conference secretary ONLY via email (email@example.com)
